With over 20 years of extensive leadership and management experience, Ghaith Al Adham currently serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Qarrish Group, a diversified investment company based in Palestine. He is recognized for driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation across multiple sectors.

Ghaith brings a strong background in business planning, project advisory, and economic analysis, coupled with a proven track record in leading complex organizations to achieve sustainable success. His expertise spans executive management, protocol advisory, and diplomatic relations, enabling him to navigate both local and international business environments effectively.

Prior to Qarrish Group, Ghaith founded and managed Grace Gallery, a premium brand perfumes showroom, and has held key leadership roles including Operations Manager at ADHAM Inc. He also contributed as Executive Director at the Nablus Businessmen Forum, fostering economic development and business collaboration in the region.
